Fat Belly Truck

Ehem... I AM SO EXCITED TO START THIS BLOG!! *kyaaa

Sorry for my improper intro, but I just can't believe I start to write again after so long (I used to be a story writer a very long time ago). My friends and cousins keep telling me to start a blog because of all my damn drooling picture that I posted in instagram. I hesitate at first, but it seems like I can't hold myself anymore!!!

So! As a starter I will write about the super famous FAT BELLY BURGER TRUCK!! It finally arrived at Gading Serpong specifically at Summarecon Digital Center about a week ago. Now, they have moved again to Lippo according to their official instagram @fatbellytruck

 

Even though I am not a big burger fans, but I need to admit Fat Belly serves one of the best burger in town. I love the fluffiness of the bun and the juicy meat between those fluffy buns. Every components inside the burger really nails my tongue.  There are some different menus that we can choose such as burger, hotdog, gelato, and the other side dishes, but this time, me and friends pick 3 of those menus that we thought will be so great.

First is, FATTY BURGER! Combination between meat patty, beef bacon, baby romaine, tomato,  caramelized onion, and cheddar in the middle of the bun! All of it comes with potato wedges as the side dishes. Bacon~ bacon~ bacon~ we love crispy bacon and bacon is perfect for burger topping!

If you are not into meat than you can choose Fish Black as your other option. Deep fried fish (I don't know what kind of fish, but it might be dory), soft boiled egg, baby romaine, caramelized onion, tomato, and cheddar cheese covered with their special sauce.

The last one is O.G Burger (I think O.G means original?) which coming with meat patty, tomato, cheese, baby romaine, caramelized onion, and soft boiled egg between the buns. Just like I have said before, the meat patty is so juicy and tender, a type of patty that everybody love. The egg yolk is still runny so when you bite it, it will get messy around your mouth. But, isn't it fun?! That is the essential part of eating burger~ 

Anyway, they will give you a plastic hand cover so you won't need to wash your hand afterwards. p.s: make sure to take some tissues to wipe the messy mouth.

Actually we still want to have gelato as the dessert, but unfortunately they didn't have it at that time. (Say goodbye to our fav tag line "There is always space for dessert"). You can get all of those delicious burgers for only 38k /each. I would like to say that it was so freaking affordable and quite cheap for its size and topping! I'll make sure to pay another visit to try the rest of the menu and revenge for gelato!! Make sure to follow their ig : @fatbellytruck to know where is their next destination!
